Joining Morgan Philips Switzerland provides you with the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a very innovative search firm with a cutting edge digital approach.
As a trusted leadership advisor, you will manage your clients' portfolio and be given responsibility to build and animate your own pool of candidates within your specialism. You will build a new business pipeline using your persuasive skills to secure new clients, grow existing relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
1. Gain comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry and the position requirements;
2. Develop position specification and a focused search strategy based on your market knowledge;
3. Select prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to further assess qualifications and fit to position specifications;
4. Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to client;
5. Builds strong relationships with candidates and animate your talent network;
6. Develop new business by creating client proposals, participating at conferences/events and other creative sales approaches;
7. Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all search information in our proprietary database.
The profile we need:
8. 5+ years of Executive Search, full lifecycle recruiting (or related corporate experience) in Switzerland, France or Italy ;
9. Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network;
10. Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions;
11. Possesses the ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both clients and candidates;
12. Think beyond traditional methods to exceed expectations;
13. Curious by nature, proactive and self-motivated;
14. Tenacious, you don't give up until results are achieved;
15. Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards;
16. Keen to progress within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
We are looking for confident, ambitious and passionate team members, French and English speakers, German and/or Italian would be amazing.
