Job Responsibilities:
* Identify customer needs and deliver solutions, including sales.
* Guide customers through billing inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
* Assist with order placement and related issues.
* Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues.
* Follow standard diagnostic procedures to handle frequently asked questions effectively.
* Turn every customer into a satisfied one.
* Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills in German.
* Good command of English (B2+).
* Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset.
* Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
* Advanced internet research skills.
* An empathetic soul with matching communication skills.
* A positive and adventurous attitude.
* A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge and experience.
