On a daily basis, you will
1. Build quotes for the Sales team ensuring that specific terms are approved within policy
2. Generate evaluation keys for customers wanting to test our products
3. Assist the Sales team in fulfilling administrative needs working closely with the Legal, Security, Finance, and Order Management teams
4. Register and update customer portals, ensuring the accuracy of existing information
5. Coordinate the contract signature process for customers and partners
6. Engage with prospects/customers to resolve any administrative-related issues
7. Ensure accurate opportunity data within Salesforce
8. Contribute to maintaining Salesforce data integrity
9. Deliver timely responses to internal and external customers within the established SLAs
The skills you will demonstrate
10. 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
11. Proven experience within the IT industry
12. An eye for detail and numbers
13. Valuing high-quality work
14. Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
15. Strong prioritization and organization skills
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Fluent English
18. A degree in Business or a related field
19. Knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
