Role description Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Growth, this exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate directly involved in all elements of Arethia’s marketing and communications strategy and implementation. We are seeking a knowledgeable, hard-working, and creative individual eager to grow with us and help build solid foundations for our new venture.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or connected field.
Excellent written and spoken English capabilities with demonstrable writing skills. German, a plus.
Marketing experience in a significant commercial operation; B2B experience is an advantage.
Experience in event organization and supplier management.
Organized, with strong time and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships rapidly with both internal and external stakeholders.
A high degree of curiosity and readiness to learn quickly.
Familiarity with digital advertising for social media and knowledge of content management systems.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign.
Your Mission The full project management and coordination of all aspects of the events the group will be participating in on an organizational and production level (supplier selection, booth design, collateral material, etc).
Collaborating closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
The creation of marketing content and promotional materials.
Liaising with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Monitoring industry press, flagging important news, and collating coverage of Arethia and its brands.
Developing and maintaining contacts with trade and national press organizations.
Managing and updating the marketing CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer data for successful campaigns.
Monitoring marketing metrics and preparing reports on campaign and events performance.
Assisting on all operational marketing tasks in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Ensuring all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines.
Developing email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns.
