Job Requirements
We are seeking skilled Business Analysts to assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within our clients' structures and provide solutions to achieve business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
* Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT.
* Analyze the impact of required evolutions.
* Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine gaps between as-is and to-be situations.
* Design and document the to-be process.
* Organize the test strategy and follow up the testing.
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
* Use change management and deployment techniques.
* Adapt to our clients' changing work environments.
Requirements
* You have proven experience in Business or Process Analysis.
* You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables.
* You are adaptable and able to thrive in quickly changing environments.
* You can think creatively and maintain a pragmatic approach.
* You have a University Degree or relevant experience in Information Technologies.
* You are fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of Dutch.
Nice to Have
* Experience in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect).
* Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML).
