Join Our Team as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) in a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Role Overview : As an Organizational Change Manager, you will lead and manage the change management aspects of our Supplier 360 project. You will be responsible for guiding the project on OCM deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of various project waves.
Location : Fully Remote (Company based in Switzerland)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement change management strategies.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage resistance to change and support employees through transitions.
Oversee the onboarding of resources and preparation work.
Support and manage the go-live and hypercare phases for multiple project waves.
Requirements:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.
