Manager, Marketplace Marketing (Dickies)
Dickies EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Marketplace Marketing to join our Dickies team in Stabio, Switzerland.
We are looking for an exceptional professional with experience in brand marketing and trade marketing/strategic account management.
Main Responsibilities
* Create long-term and seasonal strategies aligned with our global and regional brand strategy to support profitable growth within the Retail, Key Account and WHS channels.
* Work with sales director & Sr. Manager SKA and product teams to fulfill channel needs, ensuring consistency with EMEA go-to-market strategies.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools, and initiatives to fuel demand, raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion.
* Collaborate with Sales Strategic Account Director / Marketing/ Creative / Product to deliver account marketing solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix.
* Track marketing activities/results and leverage insights to continuously improve marketing solutions and drive revenue growth.
* Manage channel marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.
* Creation of account-specific seasonal campaigns together with the marketing team/external agencies/brand & Creative teams from conception to execution.
Requirements
* University Degree or equivalent in Business or economics.
* 5-6 years of brand marketing and trade marketing/strategic account management experience.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* 360-degree marketing vision with understanding of account/product/consumer nuances across distribution segments.
* Deep understanding of the Dickies brand and passion for the lifestyle fashion industry.
* Analytical Skills: Thinking critically, logically, and constructively about significant problems.
* Strong communication skills: articulate clear business direction and strategies to liaise between different departments.
* Capacity to build key work relationships and facilitate change by encouraging others to seek opportunities for different approaches.
