Job Summary
This role supports the initiative team in driving impactful research, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration to redefine Travel & Tourism as a force for good. The Initiative Coordinator will contribute to operational, project support, community & stakeholder engagement, event & communications coordination, and administrative & logistical support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Project Support
• Assist in developing and executing initiative plans, timelines, and deliverables for research and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate between content, community, and broader initiative teams.
• Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment with initiative strategic objectives.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
2. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide logistical and administrative support for community meetings, roundtables, and stakeholder events.
• Maintain records of community members and key stakeholders.
3. Event & Communications Coordination
• Support planning and execution of events, including agenda preparation and participant coordination.
• Draft event summaries, key takeaways, and post-event follow-up materials.
4. Administrative & Logistical Support
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for initiative-related activities.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for internal and external engagements.
Preferred Requirements and Experience
1.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, tourism, business administration, international relations, or a related field.
2.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or event management within an international organization or the Travel & Tourism sector.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging high-level stakeholders across sectors.
5.
• Experience in research and content development, with strong analytical and writing abilities.
6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collaboration tools and digital marketing materials.
7.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
