Job Title: Customer Data Analyst

Team: You will join the Data Analytics team within the Technology Department.
Level: Professional (Working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people)
Location: Chiasso
Contract: Permanent - Full-Time (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
* Data extraction, analysis, and reporting to drive performance insights and support business decisions.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to optimize business performance.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
* Explore and proactively propose new product and business opportunities.
* Communicate and present results, insights, and recommendations to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely.
* Collaborate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects to identify and exploit synergies and preserve/improve governance on data and business knowledge.
* Closely partner with Data Engineers to identify data needs and support the data quality of deliverables.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
* Good knowledge of data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
* Proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills
* Python.
* Ability to influence decision-makers through presentations of analysis.
* Familiarity with digital and e-commerce businesses.
* Previous experience in the travel industry.
* Experience in building pipelines and data models.
