They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time. The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.Your responsibilities• Support 2 Production Plants and the CH HQ with approx. 300 employees from 15 different Business Units within Switzerland with focus on CH HQ employees in Schaffhausen• Partner with management to develop and maintain employee relationships to create a respectful working environment for the sites through communication and performance management• Support and coach the management in leadership and legal questions• Organize and support employee development and training activities such as:Active Community BuildingOrganizes Lunch & Learn WorkshopsLeads Leadership and Teambuilding WorkshopsAdvises and supports in Mental Health topics e.g., burnout and reintegration of long-sick employees• Partner with Business Unit HR and other HR departments (talent acquisition, HR services, …) as one team• Provide local support for recruitment activities• Maintain contact with legal affairs in case of litigationsWhat your background should look like:• Bachelor’s degree or above; HR related major preferred• 5 to 7 years of HR experience with senior leaders in a matrix environment• Experience working in a global matrix organization• Swiss HR skills (legal, tax, HR procedures) – HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann certificate is a must• Demonstrated experience partnering with the leadership team and driving and developing HR strategies addressing varying business unit needs• Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies• Experience supporting and running local transformation and change projects• Proficiency in English and German; French is an advantage• Business focus with a strong business acumen• Ability to communicate effectively and manage complex situations• Experience in Executive Focused Communications would be a distinct advantage• Demonstrated experience adapting to change and driving strategic solutions• Continuous improvement mindset to support service to the business and reach efficiency in own team• Experience thinking strategically and open to acting operationally if requiredABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
