As a recruiter, you are responsible for identifying, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for our client’s open engineering and sciences roles.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Source:
o Utilise internal database and external sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
o Develop creative recruiting tactics to attract top talent and build a network of relevant industry professionals.
o Identify and attend industry events, career fairs and professional associations to network with potential candidates.
2. Screen:
o Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the position requirements.
o Conduct professional interviews, reference checks, and required skills testing.
o Present job opportunities to qualified talent.
3. Serve:
o Prepare CV and candidate submittal package for client review.
o Coach candidates through the client interview process, providing feedback along the way.
o Prioritise consultant care.
o Build and maintain relationships with talent through regular touchpoints.
o Manage and supervise current engaged consultants.
