As a Senior Project Manager, you will shape and lead projects in the context of the portfolio area “Trustworthy Digital Infrastructure”. Your scope of work includes enabling corporate partners, associations, NGOs and the public sector to advance trustworthy digital infrastructure and services for Switzerland. You will be at the forefront of emerging technologies and your role will play a key part in supporting innovation and growth of ecosystems in this area. Tasks Portfolio management in the area of trustworthy digital infrastructure Strategic Project Management: Implement cross-sector projects in the topic area. Prepare and present regular project progress reports to the executive board and management. Stakeholder Management: Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with stakeholders from the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Working Group Facilitation: Guide multidisciplinary working groups, producing tangible outcomes such as reports, studies, and press releases. Policy Evaluation & Advocacy: Monitor national and international policies on key digital infrastructure. Collaborate with governmental agencies and actively contribute to the political process to support strategic initiatives. Co-)Organise and participate in events on topics revolving around trustworthy digital infrastructure. Create content on the topics in your portfolio, including white papers and expert contributions to social media, with the support of our Communications team. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field (non-technical as well as technical backgrounds are welcome). Experience: 5+ years in project management, ideally in an interdisciplinary environment with a track record of handling multi-stakeholder projects and ecosystem enablement. Expertise: Familiarity and strong interest in digital topics. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. Proven success in facilitating large and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve common goals. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Due to the political nature of the role, working proficiency in one national language (German, French, or Italian) is also needed.
