firms established in varied markets with a strong regional presence in
Switzerland, is looking for competitive candidates like you. In this exciting role, you would be working as a (Assistant) Manager - Management Consulting - HR-Transformation (m/w/d) at the Zurich location.
Aufgaben
* Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives. Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams.
* Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs, and the innovation of the CoEs.
* Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent-related processes). Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and providing insights on market-leading solutions across the HR value chain.
* Collaborate and steer cross-functional projects, working together to deliver broader value to your clients.
* Support building our client's relationship with new and existing clients. Deliver proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients.
* Participate in thought leadership papers and go-to-market activities.
Qualifikation
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar. 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, or HR Generalist position. Experience within a Management Consulting firm is a must.
* Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, and implementation of an HR shared service center or similar.
* Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of HCM systems (SAP, Workday, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary; French is a plus.
* Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills.
