This is your role
As a Nevis Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and producing content in multiple media formats to support the company's marketing initiatives. This includes writing, editing, and designing content to meet the needs of various audiences, including prospects, customers, partners, and team members. The Content Marketing Manager also manages all aspects of the content production process, including overseeing copywriters and designers and managing internal deadlines.
Base Location: Zürich, you are expected to reside here.
In your daily work, you will ...
* Building and managing a rich content calendar that attracts our target audiences to our owned properties, including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, success stories, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, email campaigns, social media content, sales assets, templates, email snippets, and video content.
* Collaborating cross-circle to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives with efficient use of budget.
* Driving traffic and engagement via our corporate website and social channels, increasing customer acquisition, retention, and brand promotion.
* Developing and overseeing editorial governance so content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone internally and externally.
* Organizing and supervising creative resources, including but not limited to designers, writers, translators, and other agencies/contractors.
* Using marketing systems and platforms for content distribution and analysis, including but not limited to Hubspot, Semrush, Asana, Google Workspace, and social media accounts.
* Working with the Communications Manager to plan and schedule digital content distribution and organic social media activity.
* Coordinating with the Sales Circle to align content marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring content supports lead generation and conversion goals.
* Engaging with partner networks and their teams to collaborate and schedule content that complements strategies and engages with wider networks.
* Researching and evaluating industry trends and new technologies to develop content ideas and stay on top of trends in the e-learning industry.

For this position, you must have...
* Residency, along with the right to work in Switzerland.
* Native-level proficiency in German and professional-level fluency in English.
* A minimum of 2 years of B2B business experience or 2 years in a marketing agency serving B2B clients in creating and executing content marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
* Experience with: Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web Content Management.
* Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
* Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging posts to drive traffic and engagement.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
Nice to haves
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience using Asana, Slack, and/or Google Workspace.
* Hubspot Content Marketing and/or Inbound Marketing Certification.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
* Is an excellent communicator and creative thinker who can use data to inform all decisions.
* Can demonstrate a self-driven and proactive nature.
* Brings strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Brings excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
