How you will make an impact
1. Pioneer Process Optimization: Develop and fine-tune processes to boost stability, tool availability, and production efficiency.
2. Master Statistical Control: Utilize advanced techniques like statistical analysis and fault detection/classification to maintain robust process control.
3. Troubleshoot with Precision: Act decisively to address out-of-spec lots, release processes, and solve production challenges swiftly.
4. Drive Innovation: Lead or support projects aimed at improving fab capacity, enhancing process capability (Cpk/Ppk), boosting yields, and reducing costs.
5. Document and Report Excellence: Coordinate detailed qualification reports and ensure seamless production workflows.
6. Champion New Equipment: Spearhead new equipment installation projects, including defining requirements, factory acceptance tests, process qualification, and tool release.
7. Ensure Quality Compliance: Maintain and elevate quality standards across all production processes.
8. Foster a Safe Environment: Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Your Background:
1. A degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics.
2. Hands-on experience in wafer fabrication and equipment engineering.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
4. Expertise in PVD metal deposition systems, PECVD dielectric processing, and SiC power device metallization.
5. Familiarity with quality methodologies (FMEA, 4D, Lean Six Sigma) and a commitment to excellence.
6. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
7. Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data-driven decision-making tools.
