On-Site Support Analyst (ServiceNow)
Job Summary
* Working in the support team for the client in French and English (Lausanne / Pully office)
* Using ServiceNow as a tool to manage tickets
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
* Ticket reception and processing using ServiceNow
* Answering questions, fixing small issues, opening tickets
* Fix hardware and software issues
* Setup first use of computer and smartphone for newcomers
* Hotline calls and interventions
* Setup IT material in Offices (monitor, docking station, patching network)
* Install small equipment (printer, IP phones)
* Conferencing support (start Team meetings and solving issues on the spot)
* Configuration Items creation
* Computer imaging
* Mobile device preparation
* Ticket dispatching
* Documentation
* Provide direct support to users
* Identify, investigate and solve IT issues
* Answer the phone, emails and requests from users
* Provide documentation and follow up on the issues
* Enhancing expertise in support operations and cybersecurity protocols.
* Implementation of measures to mitigate security risks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst in a similar role
* Experience with ServiceNow
* Must be fluent in French and English.
* Must be OK to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Start date: 5th May
Duration: 6 month freelance contract
