Job Description: About Liom Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in the EU in H1’2027, and then as a medically cleared product in the US. Our team consists of over 80 staff, including more than 50 PhDs, with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, and our office in San Francisco, United States.
Your mission We are looking for a hands-on and data-driven digital acquisition manager to drive our growth in the fast-moving consumer app space. If you have experience working with well-known consumer apps like Noom, Uber Eats, Revolut, e-commerce, or dating apps, and you’re eager to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing performance campaigns, and leading acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms, optimizing for ROI.
Growth & Acquisition: Drive user acquisition through paid and organic channels, leveraging data and analytics to refine targeting strategies.
Social & Influencer Marketing: Identify suitable influencers for collaborations and work with the content team to create campaigns that drive conversion.
Retention & Engagement: Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, push notifications, and in-app engagement.
Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
Leadership: Support and mentor future junior marketing team members as we scale our operations once necessary.
Your profile 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-growing consumer app (e.g., food delivery, fintech, e-commerce, or social apps).
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, FB, Insta, etc.).
First experience in team leadership or mentoring.
Highly data-driven mindset with expertise in growth analytics and A/B testing.
Passionate about building and optimizing digital marketing funnels.
Creative, energetic, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
