Your tasks
1. Completion and on-time delivery of maintenance tasks on the SR Technics customer aircrafts in compliance with the contracted services and customer expectations
2. Perform inspection, repair and modification work as well as component replacement based on current authorization and training level
3. Communicate at all times with customer liaison engineers, MCC and customer service reps to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments
4. Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
5. Be in a compliance with regulatory rules and regulations
6. Ensure the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company
7. Deliver highest level of health & safety and quality standards in industry
8. Improve your work environment, compliance with continuous improvement standards
9. Perform 5S at your workplace (in office, equipment and store area)
10. Other duties as may be required from time to time
11. Work in day shifts
Your profile
12. Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment
13. Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2
14. Hold type ratings as above
15. High degree of customer focus, internal and external
16. Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
17. Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
18. Fluent in English (written and oral)
19. Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend
20. Good physical condition
21. Holder of a full driver's license which will allow airside driving in Switzerland
