Job Description:
Your IMPACT
* Accountable for delivering commercial results in line with the sales plan agreed upon with the Sales Director.
* Responsible for developing Solutions and Rack Systems business within IT/OT accounts.
* Ensure accounts actively participate in the IT Partner Program.
* Ensure effective and accurate use of BFO and all related sales operation processes, including STIP and forecasting.
* Liaise with Channel Marketing to identify necessary tools and collateral to support sales and marketing activities within each account.

Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or IT.
* Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
* Experience in IT Channel Account Management and solution selling.
* Extensive experience with different customer types and buying behaviors in IT Channel sales.
* Proactive and open-minded personality with a passion for working in local and international teams.
* Autonomous working style.
* Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
* Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong business networks up to VP level.
