Job Summary
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the ongoing and successful operation of the IT infrastructure across all company divisions at our headquarters. You will install new servers and client systems, roll out software solutions, provide first-level support to users, and assist with second-level support. Additionally, you will support the commissioning of new external locations and collaborate closely with other IT Services Specialists.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a specialization in system integration or computer science.
2. Relevant professional experience in IT support/administration.
3. Profound knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN technology, software packaging, and rollout.
4. Solid understanding of Mac (operating system, Apple Apps, Office, etc.).
5. Williness to travel.
6. Strong command of written and spoken English.
7. Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
8. Flexibility and reliability.
9. Team spirit and high degree of service orientation.
