Tasks Further develop SWISS’s environmental management system
Conduct scientific analyses and derive recommendations for action
Perform reporting duties and expand the sustainability monitoring system
Consult, advise and support departments in their implementation of initiatives and their integration of sustainability considerations
Participate in working groups incl. research projects
Support projects and business units in further ESG areas
General organizational and administrative tasks, team support in daily business

Requirements Workload Specification: For this position, an 80-100% workload is preferred.
HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) preferably with a specialization in environmental or climate sciences, engineering or similar
Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
Good team player who enjoys working with a large number of diverse stakeholders
High flexibility, strong implementation orientation, hands-on mentality, and very good communication skills
High personal quality standards
Very good spoken and written German and English skills
