Job Title: English and Spanish Bilingual Sales Manager
We are a rapidly growing law firm located in Coral Gables, Florida (but service the entire state of Florida), seeking an English and Spanish bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and goals
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Vet and interview candidates for the sales team, managing all aspects of the recruitment process
* Track and record statistics regarding sales and marketing performance
* Collaborate with the intake team to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless experience
* Attend workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date on sales education and best practices
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of management experience with a team of at least 2 sales professionals
* Proven track record of increasing sales performance through coaching and leadership
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and record sales statistics
