Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer experience and support German speaking customers.
In this role, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German speaking market, providing exceptional customer service while preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers via phone, chat, and email
* Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
* Be an ambassador of our client
* Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure
* Maintain high customer satisfaction
* Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy
* Work towards reaching targets as set by the client and internal goals
Requirements:
* Fluency in German
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and soft skills
* Computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred
* Ability to work under stress and testing situations
* Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles preferred
* Willingness to learn, reliability, and a can-do attitude are essential
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required
* Relocation to Athens, Greece, or local candidacy is welcome
