We are a global IT team managing enterprise end user services for over 40000 Aptiv users located in more than 125 manufacturing facilities and 12 major technical centres worldwide in 44 countries.
Our collaboration platform is based on, but not limited to, Microsoft 365. Our engineers and supporting functions are enabled for Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint along with other cloud-based services such as Azure, AWS, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams. We are expanding our capabilities in Power Platform.
We are currently investing heavily in modern endpoint management to improve OS security, patching, software deployment and create a digital modern workspace experience for our internal clients. As a part of the role you will be actively working with our global teams on improving our digital customer experience and working towards implementing Evergreen and AutoPilot capabilities in Intune and SCCM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design:
- Design and architect end user services solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance considerations.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand end user needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Technology Evaluation:
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and trends in end user services to enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
4. Infrastructure Optimization:
- Assess existing end user services infrastructure and provide recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of end user services solutions.
5. Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices in end user services solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
6. Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for end user services solutions, including architecture high-level designs, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
7. Troubleshooting and Support:
- Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to end user services.
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
9. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on end user services.
10. In-depth knowledge of end user computing technologies, including desktop virtualization, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and user authentication.
11. Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
14. Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
15. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
