In order to strengthen our client's position, we are seeking an Employee Benefits Leader Romandie.
Responsibilities :
Client Partner & Business Development
* Retain and grow client relationships, while seeking new business opportunities.
* Act as the focal point for client needs, ensuring smooth delivery of services and contractual obligations.
* Collaborate internally to develop strategic solutions and leverage global resources.
Team Lead & Accountability
* Lead a team of 7 across health-related business lines (pension, personal lines, healthcare).
* Foster talent development, succession planning, and ensure team alignment with client needs.
* Manage KPIs such as growth, profitability, and client retention.
Project Management
* Drive innovation and technology projects for clients and internally.
* Coordinate services with third-party providers and enhance H&B products with insurers.
* Collaborate with Marketing on industry relationships, thought leadership, and branding efforts.
Profile :
* Insurance diploma or Bachelor's degree, FINMA registration (Master's degree is a plus).
* 10+ years of experience in the insurance sector with an H&B background.
* Strong team leadership, business development, and client management experience.
* Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
