Your Role
As a Global Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the continuous global harmonization, standardization, and automation of General Accounting processes.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics).
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the Record-to-Report General Accounting Business Process Management organization in the ASPIRE project, ensuring global template and harmonized processes.
* Govern and develop the global month-end and year-end closing template.
* Act as a Business Process Specialist for General Accounting, governing changes to existing processes and designing new ones.
* Collaborate with Roche Services & Solutions Operation Centers to drive process improvement.
* Monitor and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Achieve End-To-End Process Harmonization among affiliates and RSS Operations Locations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial Education and 4-5 years of work experience.
* International or global/corporate experience and a proven track record of participating in global projects/initiatives and cross-functional teams.
* Strong SAP skills - S4 HANA implementation and project management background.
* Business Process Management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks.
* Experience in Financial Accounting.
* Agile mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
* Strong presentations and communication skills in English.
