Key Responsibilities:
* Lead staffing, training, and development initiatives to retain energized, motivated, and team-oriented staff.
* Utilize and allocate team resources efficiently through cross-training and flexible resource planning.
* Ensure cGMP compliance in all aspects of GMP deliverables under accountability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to bring process robustness and improvements to routine manufacturing via CAPA strength.
* Meet deviations timelines to ensure production and batch release schedules while maintaining investigation quality.
* Align and ensure consistency from technical and quality perspectives in ops departments.
* Develop and manage information systems to monitor efficiency and success of implemented CAPAs and CRs.
