A key tax specialist role has become available in a leading Swiss fiduciary firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating national and international tax mandates, including restructuring, M&A transactions, and tax planning advice to clients. They will also conduct negotiations with tax authorities and support clients through tax audits and appeals proceedings.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will work closely with colleagues from other departments to form interdisciplinary teams and provide coaching to junior tax experts and clerks on technical and practical issues.
To be suitable for this role, you should have a strong background in tax management, excellent analytical skills, and experience in processing and monitoring tax declarations for individuals and companies. Fluency in German and a good understanding of English are essential, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.
