Our Client is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist who will be instrumental in architecting, deploying, and refining ServiceNow solutions for their organization. You’ll integrate ITIL-driven process consulting with agile methodologies to strengthen their ServiceNow delivery framework. Your knowledge will be key in shaping and customizing ServiceNow solutions to align with business needs. This position requires a technical, hands-on approach, demanding a deep familiarity with the features, modules, technologies, and workflows within the ServiceNow Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee platform governance and roadmap for new features.
Design, configure, and tailor ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Implement and maintain ITSM and platform processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Hardware and Software Asset Management, and GRC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business processes.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical expertise and best practices throughout the implementation process.
Diagnose and resolve ServiceNow-related issues efficiently.
Stay informed on ServiceNow updates and enhancements, managing the rollout of new features.
Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and project deliverables with the implementation partner.
Lead and execute ServiceNow Family Upgrades.
Manage the full lifecycle of continuous delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Maintain governance and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow vendor and implementation partner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations, Portal, Asset Management, and GRC.
ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator (CSA), Implementation Specialist for ITSM, HAM/SAM, and/or GRC.
ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
Solid understanding of CMDB, including its processes, out-of-the-box class structure, and CSDM framework.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including developing new applications, integrations, enhancing existing features, and resolving operational issues.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies, including Integration Hub, SSO, REST/SOAP, and JDBC.
Experience with agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
