We are looking for an Operational Purchaser for one of our main clients in Switzerland for a temporary contract.
Tasks Process Purchase Orders: Efficiently manage and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
Source with Precision: Identify and procure the materials that meet our high standards.
Master SAP Data: Maintain and update purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, prices, and order acknowledgments.
Engage with Excellence: Foster strong, daily interactions with internal stakeholders and our trusted suppliers and engage in price and lead time negotiations when necessary.
Handle with Care: Administer all aspects of purchase orders, including invoice control, addressing blocked shipments, and conducting market searches.
Resolve and Refine: Review purchase order claims, address defects, and negotiate refunds to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements A solid foundation with relevant vocational training or technical apprenticeship, coupled with several years of equivalent work experience.
Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Readiness to work up to 5 Saturdays and/or Sundays per year.
