How you make a difference
- In this role, you support the Skills & Transformation IT team with your hands-on approach on our path of change, and you make an active contribution towards upskilling our organization.
- As part of developing the IT organization, you lead and oversee initiatives that boost the flexibility and learning capacity of the IT organization.
- You provide unit-specific assistance in building up the skills needed for the future and you provide cross-organizational training opportunities.
- You advocate transformation and organizational development within the company and you inspire employees to embrace change.
- Last but not least, you proactively facilitate engagement with various stakeholders and cooperation partners.
What you have to offer
- For this role, you have a university degree with an occupational psychology and/or business management background, or a qualification in IT with the relevant advanced training.
- You use your interpersonal skills to gain the support of your colleagues, you actively spearhead change, and you bring a healthy amount of emotional stability and resilience to the role.
- You know how to present and convey complex subjects in a simple, comprehensible manner.
- As an extrovert with a knack for networking, you are skilled at speaking openly to different stakeholder groups and you continuously expand your network.
- You have an excellent spoken and written command of German and English that enables you to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, and ideally a good spoken command of a second national language as well.
Remote working is an option, although you are required to be present two to three days a week in Bern.
