BSL seeks a proactive and resourceful Student Enrollment specialist (with an upbeat, engaging personality and entrepreneurial mindset).
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
* Support the strategy for quality and growth in student enrollment.
* Assist in executing the operational functioning of campus visits and candidates' choice of studies to ensure engagement and high-service orientation.
* Provide enrollment guidance and student onboarding for a smooth, informed, and supported new student experience.
* Provide feedback about the evolving needs of BSL's target market across the program mix to inform the curriculum and student support expectations and competitive landscape to Academic Direction & BSL Marketing Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Enrolment & Admissions Process
* Manage the sales pipeline (student journey) from inquiry to tuition collection, enrollment, and relocation according to the BSL Recruitment and Admissions Guidelines.
* Provide a persuasive, warm, inclusive, service-oriented, and consultative enrollment experience.
* Conduct daily outreach and follow-ups on new inquiries and the existing pipeline of active candidates.
* Provide deep, knowledgeable, and tailored consultation on program portfolio through in-person, online, or telephone meetings.
* Confirm eligibility or suggest alternatives to best fit candidates' needs.
* Provide guidance and support through the application process.
* Coordinate the admission interview and scholarship applications for eligible candidates with the Deputy Academic Director.
* Issue Acceptance Decisions, Invoicing, potential scholarship agreements, and payment plan agreements.
* Coordinate collection of the first tuition and fees invoice.
* Share Visa Support documents and guide students on the visa process, liaising at times with the Swiss embassy in respective countries.
* Issue Visa decisions.
* Support students through relocation and arrival to Switzerland.
* Support students with Registration of Residence Permits in their Commune through the issuance of required documents and translation support if necessary.
* Help organize and manage recruitment events (on-campus, external, and online) to meet enrolment targets.
* Manage Campus Visit and Class Observations, liaising with Academic Director and faculty, as well as leveraging student ambassadors to provide a "best-in-class" personalized experience.
* Accurately input all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organization's CRM system.
* Collaborate with the BSL team to implement everyday tasks and projects as required.
* Assist with CRM remarketing strategies.
* Assist with Recruitment Channel Management: Adwords and Agents.
Marketing & Communication Process:
* Set up operations of student recruitment events in cooperation with the Head of Marketing to stimulate growth in new applications and new student enrollments for all BSL programs.
* Support the creation of the program and market-appropriate events, online and offline, throughout the year to enhance the conversion of a pipeline of the BBA, Master, and Executive Education portfolio in cooperation with the Head of Enrollment and Admissions.
Academics & Education Process:
* Onboarding New Students.
* Feedback on all Admission Documents, including Degree verification.
