- Oversee the entire HR lifecycle for apprentices, from recruitment to onboarding and career progression.
- Lead recruitment processes for technical and commercial apprentices, including screening, internships, and interviews.
- Ensure ongoing support for apprentices through individual meetings and regular communication with schools, authorities, and parents.
- Manage and train a network of practical trainers while onboarding new trainers.
- Organize and lead events such as Open Doors, JOM initiatives, and school visits to promote apprenticeships.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new apprentices every August.
- Handle invoicing and cost management related to apprenticeships.
- Ensure apprentices work in a safe environment and that trainers adhere to organizational guidelines.
- Implement and harmonize Youth Strategy and projects across entities, participating in relevant meetings when needed.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, or in similar roles, ideally in Switzerland.
- HR Certificate is required; Federal HR Diploma is a strong plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss education and apprenticeship systems.
- Experience as a trainer for commercial apprentices is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
- Fluency in German and good command of English (B1-B2); French proficiency (B1-B2) is an asset.
