Main Responsibilities
* Identify and create pools of suitable candidates across various platforms for current and future positions.
* Develop and execute effective screening, search, and selection processes.
* Conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications.
* Publish and review candidate CVs to ensure they meet our client's standards.
* Record and track recruitment process details, including CVs sent, interviews arranged, and placements made.
* Prepare applicants for interviews, coordinate interview arrangements with clients and candidates, and monitor recruitment progress.
Your Background
* A background in recruitment, either in an agency environment or from an in-house role, would be beneficial.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German will significantly enhance your application (other European languages are also advantageous).
* You should possess strong interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships with people.
* Proficiency in sales processes, such as telephone prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and negotiation (financial and contractual), is required.
* You must be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization.
* You should have the drive, ambition, and initiative to succeed and exceed targets.
* A resilient mindset with a positive approach is essential.
