What we expect from you
As a Massimo Dutti Store Manager, you will embody the image of the brand. Your leadership and retail experience will act as a role model for your team. You will manage the shop according to company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve objectives and support all staff. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Team management: recruitment, training, coaching, skills development, performance management.
* Sales management: analysing sales, implementing sales strategies, achieving budget targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Operational management: stock management, sales floor optimisation, compliance with procedures and brand standards, administrative management.
* Customer experience: ensuring an exceptional customer experience, building customer loyalty.
* Visual merchandising: helping to create an attractive in-store atmosphere consistent with the brand image.
What you bring to the job:
* Knowledge of the retail sector (luxury/fashion).
* Be organised and rigorous.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Effective problem solver.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Strong initiative.
* Excellent command of French.
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
