Responsibilities
* Support and representation of the Chef Concierge
* Leadership and responsibility for the staff at the concierge desk in the absence of the Chef Concierge
* Organization and completion of internal and external tasks on behalf of the guests
* Point of contact for questions and issues
* Responsibility for mail and fire alarms
* Selling hotel services and fulfilling special requests
* Ensuring smooth operations at the concierge desk
* Professional handling of guest complaints
* Adherence to hotel-specific standards and quality management (AMS)
* Implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) standards
* Responsibility for reservations (tee times, taxis, external restaurants, etc.)
Your profile
* Education in hospitality management
* Experience in a similar position at a comparable establishment
* Fluent in English, and at least one other language (German or French)
* Confident and professional communication skills, both spoken and written
* Strong knowledge of the local cultural landscape to provide recommendations
* Familiarity with all reception processes
