We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales EMEA for a pioneering software company to lead our dynamic team based in Chiasso HQ, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong customer relationships across the EMEA region.
This role demands a strategic leader with profound market insight, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with revenue and market growth targets.
2. Drive pipeline development and customer acquisition initiatives to achieve revenue objectives.
3. Identify new business opportunities and key markets to drive expansion efforts.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
5. Recruit and retain a high-performing sales team across multiple territories within EMEA by establishing clear performance objectives and KPIs to drive sales excellence.
6. Prioritize customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with Operations & Customer Experience teams.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
8. Enhance sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 7-8 years) in sales leadership roles, with a successful track record of developing and executing strategic plans.
3. In-depth understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices across traditional and digital channels.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, enabling inspiration and motivation of teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, drawing actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions.
7. Experience in the ADS and Software industry is highly desirable.
8. Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is also appreciated.
