E-COMMERCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our client based in the Lugano area and operating in the cosmetics field.
Responsibilities:
* Elevate the brand presence across digital platforms by implementing effective online marketing strategies to boost conversions.
* Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities for website optimization and improved user engagement, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
* Create and execute targeted online marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and growth opportunities (specifically Google ADS) through editorial calendars (newsletters, posts, campaigns, etc.).
* Develop and implement digital & ecommerce marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website, incorporating Prestashop platform management.
* Manage social media channels and draft text content with a focus on SEO and corporate vision alignment.
* Enhance user experience, increase sales, maximize conversion rates, and improve site performance through advanced digital marketing tools (AI, platform native modules).
* Manage digital portfolio products, update data, and analyze website performance metrics to inform optimization decisions.
* Implement conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance website performance and drive revenue growth.
* Understand and recommend online marketing tactics including SEO & SEM, collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging content.
* Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing with a proven track record of driving online sales.
* Perfect knowledge of German and English languages, both spoken and written.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing.
* Perfect knowledge of Google ADS tools.
* Comfortable using insights/analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles.
* Ability to drive brand strategy execution to achieve business goals.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and other eCommerce tools to analyze data and inform decision-making.
* Strong understanding of web design, website architecture, and SEO principles to optimize website performance and visibility.
