Duarte has two lines of business: our Agency, which provides creative content, design, and coaching services; and our Academy, which delivers team training in our proprietary communication methodology. Each has unique customer profiles, sales cycles, and growth goals—all of which rely on smart, modern marketing.
The Marketing Operations Specialist helps us meet those goals by owning the tools, systems, and processes that power Duarte’s marketing engine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with teammates responsible for content, sales enablement, and lifecycle strategy. You’ll ensure our campaigns run smoothly, our data stays clean, and our technology stack is working to drive qualified leads.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who’s eager to build their skills in marketing technology, campaign support, and analytics, and who enjoys the operational side of marketing. You’ll be at the center of how we track performance, improve efficiency, and align marketing with sales.
Responsibilities
* Support campaign execution in HubSpot, setting up emails, landing pages, nurture workflows, tracking URLs, and list segmentation.
* Maintain marketing systems and integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Semrush, WP Engine, and others.
* Monitor and improve marketing data quality, including syncing HubSpot with Salesforce, de-duplicating contacts, and flagging data issues.
* Track campaign performance and assist in building reports to share insights with marketing and sales teams.
* Manage and update Duarte’s website via WordPress (WP Engine), including landing pages, content updates, and basic SEO edits.
* Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product) to support campaign needs, website changes, or training-related updates.
* Help maintain marketing automation and lead scoring, adjusting workflows or rules as needed based on feedback or results.
* Suggest process improvements to make our campaigns run smoother, our data more reliable, and our tools easier to use.
* Other duties as assigned (we’re a small team, so variety is part of the role!).
Requirements

* BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing Operations or closely related field.
* Experience working in HubSpot and Salesforce (admin experience is preferred; internship or entry-level experience is okay if strong aptitude is shown).
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools like Semrush or BrightEdge, and WordPress.
* Experience with paid ads platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, asking questions, and drawing insights from dashboards or spreadsheets.
* Excellent communication skills across the board, verbal, written, presenting, and listening.
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects at once.
* Curious about emerging marketing technology and confident using AI tools as a partner in daily work.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of Duarte and our partner organizations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations changing frequently. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Compensation
Base pay range (National Average): $62,000 - $70,500 per year
As a fully remote company, Duarte adjusts compensation based on regional base pay ranges, so your compensation may vary beyond this range, based on where you live. Duarte offers a total compensation package that includes monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, as well as benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for employees).
