The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the world of photography and imaging, working with Canon's leading professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email
* Track and resolve customer cases efficiently and timely
* Maintain strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy in all interactions
* Meet targets as set by client statement of work and internal goals
* Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when necessary
* Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively

Requirements:
* Fluency in German (written and verbal)
* Good communication skills in English
