Success in this role will require influential partnership with senior management, an advanced understanding of business priorities and the ability translate these into a people agenda that supports the business as it grows. Working with business leaders you will identify and manage needs in areas such as organisational design/development, leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, career development and reward.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
1. Proven capability to think strategically while executing with precision. Capacity to understand the big picture and ability to be hands-on.
2. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
3. Highly agile mindset, collaborative, solution oriented with capacity to influence and onboard people through change.
4. Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail. Ability to work with several C-suite partners.
5. 15+ years international HR experience, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures, environments and talent markets. Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus.
6. Highly developed communication skills, bilingual English and French, both verbal and written.
