We are seeking a skilled IT HCM Application Manager with focus on data migration to lead and manage the data migration related to our Workday HCM implementation. The role will focus on managing and migrating data from legacy systems to the new Workday solutions including the conversion and integration of data into the new HCM data model. The role requires to manage, plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the migration, conversion and integration of data.
Data Migration Lead: Ensure smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading processes while maintaining data integrity and security. Prepare, map, control data prior to migration, perform post-migration audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting, and identify data anomalies. Application Management: Own the lifecycle management of current HCM applications, from selection to retirement, ensuring alignment with business needs. Organize workshops to discover third-party data models, define scope, establish data mapping rules, and develop migration strategy with functional leads
Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management: Engage stakeholders for testing, partner with functional leads to synchronize actions, manage risks/issues register, and support the security workstream
Oversee and ensure documentation of the migration of HR data from multiple systems (SAP and non-SAP), including recruitment systems and training records, into Workday. Proven experience in data migration, customization, and integration, with expertise in cloud services and deployment models
Knowledge of data profiling and data quality assessment tools
Comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of enterprise applications. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and project managers
