How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Develop and execute strategic supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production constraints
2. Monitor stocks and flows to prevent shortages and optimise coverage levels by optimising inventory levels and cover
3. Analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and business intelligence tools, to drive informed decision-making
4. Process and rework databases to ensure complete data consistency
5. Ensure accurate calculation and analysis as a basis for strategic discussions for the Maison
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
7. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
8. 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the luxury watch or high-end retail industry
9. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and ERP systems (, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI)
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
11. Excellent communication skills in English and French
12. Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail.
