Support Managers and employees on key people management activities, providing strategic People & Culture advice and talent management expertise.
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and align people strategies with business objectives.
* Advise and coach senior management in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and performance management.
* Address concerns and resolve issues for managers and employees.
* Guide managers in setting clear performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
* Provide coaching for career growth and development plans.
* University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar function.
* Expertise in local HR legislation, company policies, and processes, combined with international HR exposure.
* Familiarity with SMEs and less structured environments.
* Proven experience in organizational change management.
* Fluency in (Swiss) German and English.
* Full proficiency in MS Office and previous experience with HRIS implementation is a plus.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Determined, proactive, and result-driven personality with a curiosity about the business and ability to manage priorities.
* Humble, patient, and empathetic character with excellent listening skills.
* High level of dynamism and service-orientation with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
