Customer Service/ Logistics Planner
Tasks :
* Manage order processing and invoicing
* Liaise with the Purchasing, Finance and Tax departments on site to perform customer planning activities
* Receipt and processing of supplier invoices
* Issue invoices to requested contracts and export documents
* Coordinate returns to procurement sites
* Arrange transportation of products between manufacturing sites and coordinate import/export activities
* Report transportation incidents on shipments
* Maintain client, contract and reference data
* Liaise with global/regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches and change control
* Liaise with QC
* Perform all transactions related to systems, applications and products (SAP) in a compliant manner
* Provide supporting documents for financial audits
Profile:
* Diploma in Supply Chain
* Very good knowledge of IT systems including SAP
* 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry in a multinational environment
* Proven customer service experience, accurate and timely order processing and invoicing
* Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
* Experience in logistics at a multinational company working in an export department
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BMS organization and external business customers and suppliers
* Knowledge of distribution in the supply chain
* Fluent English and Italian
