Job Description
We are seeking a Global Product Manager for Services and Partnerships, responsible for driving global market share of our solutions. This role owns existing product portfolio and lifecycle, and defines the future solutions aligned with company strategy, including launches and ownership of KPIs and revenue targets.
Downstream Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management
This includes owning and managing existing and new portfolio from initial idea to launches, including pricing, positioning, value proposition, setup in systems, registrations, and commercialization in markets.
2. Strategy and Planning
Defines portfolio growth targets and KPIs and budgets, and tracks them together with revenue targets, with proposals of countermeasures to drive global market share of our solutions.
3. Product Launches
Drives product launches with regional sales/marketing organizations worldwide.
4. Sales Support
Analyzes performance solutions/products and helps to drive sales by partnering with regions.
5. Relationship Building
Identifies, interacts, and builds relationships with key internal/external speakers and industry experts.
6. Event Support
Supports global and regional events and assists countries in selected training activities.
Upstream Responsibilities
7. Market Research
Identifies opportunities to grow global market share together with regional organizations.
8. Innovation Development
Develops long-term roadmaps of innovations, strategies, and business cases for new or improved products and services derived from customer needs, sales inputs, markets, global trends, as well as regional opportunities.
9. Product Portfolio Strategy
Provides input to the overall product portfolio strategy following the project funnel and prioritization process.
10. Project Support
Supports product development projects in close cooperation with Project Management, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs and/or third-parties to create value, meet target deadlines, and cost targets.
11. Marketing Strategy
Defines the complete Marketing-Mix and T&E approach, key talking points, and content and claims for collateral hand in hand with supporting functions.
12. Portfolio Lifecycle Management
Manages lifecycle of portfolio on a global scale.
Requirements
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications
* Solid education in Marketing or Product Management
* BA/BSc or equivalent; Certified Dental Technician or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering is a plus

Critical Experience
* Proven track record in previous product management/marketing role to successfully bring new innovation to the market and to manage a portfolio
* 5+ years of marketing/product management experience or similar
* Proven management and project management experience (budget/timing/leadership)
* Experience in Pharma/Medical Device/Dentistry is a distinct advantage
* Willingness to travel 20%
