For our Zurich location, we're looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager Mid Market focused on the Western Switzerland region.
This role involves building and expanding customer relationships with mid-market clients across Lenovo's PC and Smart Device portfolio, including services and solutions. You'll leverage commercial activities via phone, video, email, and on-site interactions to successfully manage sales phases until closure.
Your responsibilities include:
* Identifying and qualifying new customer projects through proactive telephone calls.
* Tailoring management of customer relationships to increase sales and profits.
* Presenting Lenovo's full product, service, and solution portfolio based on individual customer needs.
* Selecting and configuring products according to customer requirements.
* Preparing and following up on offers, including pricing, until project completion.
* Managing pipelines and actively contributing to weekly forecasts, pipeline, and opportunity management.
* Developing quarterly business activity plans within assigned customers to achieve targets.
* Collaborating with business partners and the Lenovo external service.
* Independently processing customer inquiries and cooperating with international teams.
* Documenting and tracking telephone activities in the CRM system.
Your profile
* 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong affinity for phone-based IT sales.
* Excellent written and spoken German, English, and presentation skills.
* Technical knowledge in Workplace, Services, and Server is an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship.
* Relying on strong relationship-building skills and working independently in a goal-oriented manner.
* Being a strong team player, flexible, independent, proactive, and able to deliver excellent results under time pressure.
* Holding a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques.
