Your role will consist of coordinating the payroll activities for several countries.
- Coordinate payroll with payroll providers of different countries and with HR,
- Contact with employees from different countries (cultures), payroll providers and with HR,
- Verify and track non-technical payroll information (changes, including new hires, terminations, bonuses etc),
- Review and oversee the work of external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance,
- Manage the Payroll mailbox, providing timely responses to queries from employees, HR, and payroll providers, or directing them to the appropriate colleagues,
- Work with payroll providers and HR to streamline and enhance process efficiencies,
- Support and drive the execution of various projects.

- Confirmed experience in Administrative Coordination in an international environment,
- A previous experience in Payroll and/or in HR or finance is NOT required,
- Excellent ability to coordinate, follow-up, track activities and information,,
- Strong ability to communicate with people, to drive people and to build relationships,
- High organizational competences, methodical and structured personality,
- Fluency/proficiency in English and other European languages such as French, German, Italian, are assets,
- Ability to work with people from different cultures,
- Proficiency on MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience on ERP and office tools,
We are searching for an International Coordinator in our client's Payrolling team. Temporary position of minimum 10 months, to start in February or March. 100% position.
