Job Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of supply activities within our projects. This involves defining or revising the supply chain strategy according to context and operational needs, managing supply orders and procurement, and providing technical support to supply teams and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with project objectives
* Manage supply orders, procurement, transportation, and delivery to meet project requirements
* Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to supply teams and other departments
* Ensure efficient supply administration and develop adapted tools to support various supply activities
* Authorize the use of supply-related third-party services (suppliers, transport companies, freight forwarders)
* Lead, train, and supervise the supply team to ensure optimal performance
Your responsibilities may vary depending on our activities and needs. You will work closely with MSF team members, who will provide technical support, including guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
* Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, import/export, transportation, or stock management
* Fluency in English and/or French
* A minimum commitment of six months
* Strong alignment with MSF's values and mission

Prioritized Skills
* Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
* Proficiency in Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, or Russian
* Experience in consumable stock management, preferably in a pharmacy setting
