Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
* Experience designing across multiple platforms, working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
* Experience with systems design and standardization of patterns.
* Experience working in the digital/video advertising space.
* Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
* 1 year of experience leading design projects.
* Experience with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
* Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process and influence product design strategy.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
About the Job
In this role, you will be joining the Premium Advertiser Experiences (PAX), which is a team of 70 people (Engineering, Product Manager, User Experience (UX), Program Manager). You will be an experienced UX designer who embraces cross-functional collaboration to drive strategy, identify opportunities, and produce seamless user experiences from conception to launch.

Responsibilities
* Lead product design for one platform, while also contributing to additional high priority areas within Premium Advertiser Experiences (PAX).
* Understand business goals and seek to understand competitors, opportunities, and challenges.
* Collaborate with User Experience Researchers (UXR) to establish research direction and better inform product direction and designs through a user's point of view.
* Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, partner teams, and leadership throughout all stages of the product cycle, from inception through to delivery.
* Balance platform constraints, technical limitations, and stakeholder needs to deliver effective design solutions.
